AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN
AREA ANNEXED TO THE TOWN OF TUKWILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO 299
WITERi AS, on Inlay 2, 1960, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon
the reco:mendation of the Tukwila Planning Commission, applied a
zoning of M -1, Light Industry, as defined in Tukwila Town Ordinance
No. 251, to the area annexed to the Town of Tukwila under Ordinance
No. 299;
NOW H: REFOF. BE IT ORDAIN D by the Town. Gouncil of Tukwila,
as follows;
SECTION 1. That L1 -1, Light Industry Zoning, as defined in Tukwila
Town irdinance AO. 251, be applied to the tract of land annexed to the
Town of Tukwila under Ordinence No. 299 and described as follows:
"Portion of NE of Section 15 Township 23N, Range 4 E. W.M.
DAF: Beginning at intersection of Southerly margin of South
133rd St. with the Westerly margin of South 134th St.; thence
Southerly and Southeasterly along the Westerly margins of
South 134th St. to the Easterly margin of 47th Ave. So.;
thence Northeasterly along the -6asterly margin of 47th Ave.
So. to point on the Southwesterly margin of Secondary State
N_ighway -2 -1, said point being the present city limits of
Town of Tukwila, Ordinance 259; thence Westerly along the
Southerly margin of .South 133rd St. to point of Beginning;"
all of which lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila,
ring oounty, Washington.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.

WHLIIEAS, on May 2, 19GC, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon
the recd inendation of the Tukwila Planning Co sign, applied a
zoning of Di-1, Light Industry, as defined in Tukwila Town (.rd.inance
No. 251, to the area annexed to the Town of Tukwila under ordinance
No. 299;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT 0i iLihD by the Town Council of Tukwila,
as follows;
SECTION 1. That M-1, Light Industry Zoning, as defined in Tukwila
Town ordinance No. 231, be applied to the tract of lend annexed to the
Town of Tukwila under &rdinence lo. 299 and described as follows:
"Portion of NE of Section 15 Township 23N, Range 4 E.';`.h.
DAP: Beginning at intersection of Southerly margin of Louth
133rd St. with the Westerly margin of South 134th :t.; thence
Southerly and Southeasterly along the 4esl yer1y margins of
South 134th St. to the Easterly margin of 47th Ave. So.;
thence Northeasterly along the asterly margin of 47th Ave.
So. to point on the Southwesterly marlin of Secondary State
Highway #2 -M, said point being the present city= limits of
Town of Tukwila, ordinance fr 259; thence "v esterly along the

all of which lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila,
Gounty, Washington.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance small be in effect from and after
