Dear Mr. Smith
Your application for a 9 -lot, 1 -tract short plat pursuant to Tukwila Municipal Code Chapter
18.120.050 (B) located at 13325 Macadam Road South has been found to be incomplete. In order
to be a complete application, the following must be submitted to the permit center:
a. Plat Survey
Due to the complexity of your site development and our awareness that the review process may
require revisions to any plat survey, the City stated that it is acceptable to not submit the survey at
this time. As review commences on your project and we feel it has moved along far enough in the
design to necessity a plat survey, we will let you know. At that time, this application will expire if
we do not receive the additional information within ninety days of the date of that letter unless an
extension is granted pursuant to Section 18.104.070(E).
Upon receipt of these items, the City will re- review them for completeness and will mail you written
notification of completeness or incompleteness within 14 days.
