assigns and transfers to James L. Frese, Lawrence R. Frese, Ruth L. Johnson, and Pauline C.
Nuzum, in equal shares, all beneficial interest under that certain Deed of Trust, dated June 28,
2001, executed by Kanwaljit Singh Kochhar, Grantor, to Old Republic Title, Trustee, and re-
recorded on October 2, 2001 under recording No. 20011002001649 records of King County,
Washington, describing land therein as:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Volume 11, page 24, recorded in King County,
Washington. Situated in County of King, State of Washington.
Together with note or notes therein described or referred to, the money due and to become due
thereon, with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under said Deed of Trust.
