under that certain Deed of Trust dated June 28, 2001 executed by Kanwalpt Singh Kochhar, an
unmarried individual, to Old Republic Title, Trustee and recorded on June 29, 2001 under
Auditor's File No 20010629002953 and re- recorded on October 2, 2001 under Auditor's File No
20011002001649, records of King County, Washington, describing land therein as
Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 11 of Plats, page 24, records of King County, Washington
Situate in the County of King, State of Washington
