1. All utilities shall be placed underground pursuant to the City of Tukwila
underground ordinance.
2. A 20 foot wide paved access rood with on all weather surface shall be provided
to all new structures and shall be built to the City of Tukwila Public Works and
Fire Deportment standards. There shall be no parking allowed on the access road.
A fire turnaround will be required if the access road exceeds 150 feet in
Iength.This requirement must be met prior to issuance of any building permits.
3. There must be a fire hydrant within 250 feet of all building sites. If the fire .
hydrant is not capable of a 1000 gallon per minute flow the future houses will be
required to provide interior sprinklers, to be approved by the Fire Department. This
requirement must be met prior to issuance of any building permits for Lots 1, 2, 3
