1. A 20 -foot wide paved access road with on all weather
surface butt to Public Works and Fire department standards
must be provided to any new structures. A fire turnaround
will be required ii the access road exceeds 150 feet in
length. This requirement must be stated on the face of the
recorded plat and must be met prior to Issuance of ant
building permits.
2. The proposed •ocatlon of the driveway for future house on
Lot 6 shall be relocated In a more easterly direction from
the 20 foot access and utility easement in order to minimize
driveway conflicts. (see Joint driveway easement for Lot 6
and 7).
3. Prior to devel: pment of Lots 2, 3 and 4, the following
will be 'required:
a. There must Le a fire hydrant within 250 feet of the
building sites. If the fire hydrant is not capable of a 1000

provide interior sprinklers, to be approved by the Fire
