Councilmembers discussed the following scenarios: Scenario 1 - "Plan B" os presented March 22, 2016 • Public safety voter approved bond including • Justice center for police and court • Three fire stations o Fire equipment and apparatus • Public works shops funded 'h with enterprise funds, 'h general fund obligation Scenario 2 - Public Works shops included in public safety bond • Public safety voter approved bond including • Justice center for police and court • Three fire stations • Fire equipment and apparatus • Public works shops, 'h in bond, 'h with enterprise funds Scenario 3 - Public safety bond and Public Works shops move concurrently • Public safety voter approved bond including • Justice center for police and court • Three fire stations o Fire equipment and apparatus City Council — Facilities Plan Workshop 2 April 11, 2016 — Pape 2 Public works shops funded 'h with enterprise funds, 'h general fund obligation Scenario 4 - Fire apparatus and equipment not included in public safety bond • Public safety voter approved bond including o Justice center for police and court o Three fire stations Public works shops funded 'h with enterprise funds, 'h general fund obligation Staff is seeking Council consensus on a scenario in time for a robust outreach campaign should the Council choose to put a measure on the ballot. Next Steps and Close The Finance and Safety Committee will continue to deliberate these scenarios toward the goal of making a recommendation to the full Council.
