AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 16 OF ORDINANCE NG. 239 OF THE
TNWN OF TUKWILA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila that
Section 16 of Ordinance No. 239 be revided to read as follows:
SECTION 16. PROPER INSTALLATION:
Every gas appliance hereafter installed in accordance with the
requirements of gas piping and gas appliances in buildings set forte
in the NBFU No. 54, Standards of the Rational Board of Fire Under
writers for the Installation of as Piping and Gas Appliances in
Buildings, dated August, 1959.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the pro-
visions of this krdinance are hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall be in full force ana effect from and after
its passage and posting as provided by law.
PASSED the Town Council and approved by the Mayor this 7th day
of March, 1960.
