Beginning at the southwest comer of Lot 25, Block 9 of said Hillman's Plat, also
being a point on the northeasterly margin of Maule Avenue; thence along said
northeasertly margin South 43 °41'20" East, 10.00 feet; thence leaving said
northeasterly margin South 46 °18'40 "West, 20.00 feet to a point on the
northeasterly line of Right -of -Way No. 7 per Auditor's File No. 6557639,
Records of King County, Washington, said point also being a point on the
southwesterly margin of said Maule Avenue; thence along said southwesterly
margin North 43 °41'20" West feet to the most easterly corner of Right
