Ankrom Moisan Architects has filed an application for the Quail Park Assisted Living
Facility for Seniors project, to be located at 13112 Military Road South. The project is
approximately 160,000 square feet in size, and proposed to include 145 units, including 21
memory care units, and approximately 80 parking spaces (40 underneath the building).
Project intends to preserve wetlands and includes walking trails, nature overlooks, a green
roof, and stormwater swales. Additional landscaping, earth berms, and wood fencing along
the south side is proposed to soften the transition to adjacent homes.

The application is available for review Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, at the
City of Tukwila, Department of Community Development (DCD), located at 6300
Southcenter Blvd #100.
OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
Your written comments on the project are requested. They must be delivered to DCD at
the address above, emailed to the project planner listed below, or postmarked no later than
5:00 P.M., Thursday February 2, 2017.
