Project Description: A 160,000 square foot assisted living facility for sen-
iors project consisting of 145 units, including 21 memory care units and ap-
proximately 80 parking spaces (40 underneath building). Project proposes to
preserve wetlands and includes walking trails, nature overlooks, a green roof,
and stormwater swales. Additional landscaping, earth berms and wood fenc-
ing along the south side is proposed to soften the transition to adjacent homes.
Your written comments on the project are requested and can be delivered to
DCD, 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Ste 100, Tukwila WA 98188. Comments
must be received by 5:OOp.m. on February 2, 2017. You may view the applica-
tion, request a copy of any decision, comment on the project, and learn your
appeal rights by calling the project planner listed above, or by visiting our of-
fices Monday through Friday, 8:OOam to 5:00 pm at DCD, 6300 Southcenter
Blvd, Ste 100, Tukwila, WA 98188
