Project Description: Construction of sidewalks, curb, and gutter
on both sides of 53rd Ave S between S 144th St and S 137th; with
continuation of a proposed new water main from S 137th north to
52nd Ave S, ending at Interurban Ave S. The work on 53rd Ave S also
includes ADA upgrades, illumination, utility undergrounding, re-
taining walls, landscape and pavement restoration, installation of a
new surface water conveyance system, installation of a new water
main, and upgrades to existing sewer system where required.
