Staff strives to communicate frequently with the City Council regarding the status and activities associated with the Plan. Staff proposes a monthly written report to the City Council including information on status, upcoming activities, and a projected annual schedule. This report will then be included in the agenda packet of the first Regular Meeting every month. As projects begin to take further shape, this document will ultimately morph into building-specific updates with additional information on schedule, budget, and other updates and milestones specific to each discrete project. RECOMMENDATION The Committee is asked to review and provide feedback on the draft report to ensure that it is a successful communication tool that meets the Council's needs. The Committee of the Whole will then be asked to review the proposal at the February 13, 2017 meeting.
