Project Description: Construction of one 2515 square foot
office building for use by Tukwila School District bus drivers. Site
improvements including enhancement /improvement of site
landscaping to meet City of Tukwila standards are proposed as
well.
Your written comments on the project are requested and can be
delivered to Dept. of Community Development, 6300 Southcenter
Blvd, Suite 100, Tukwila WA 98188. Comments must be
received by 5:00 p.m. on March 13, 2017. This project is also
scheduled for a Board of Architectural Review hearing on April
27th, 2017, at 6:30 pm at the Tukwila City Hall, 6200
Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila WA 98188. You may also submit
your comments at the public hearing, before the board. You may
request a copy of any decision, information on hearings, and your
