Project Description: Request for a Type 2 Special Permission
from the Director for a 50% reduction to the buffer of a Category
III wetland, and SEPA Planned Action review for construction of
an outdoor truck storage yard. The project includes construction
of a paved asphalt area approximately one acre in size to be en-
closed with a chain link fence, associated storm drainage im-
provements, and wetland buffer restoration and enhancement.
Access to the site is from a driveway and easement off Boeing
Access Rd, which is proposed to be paved by the applicant as
part of this project.
