APPLICANT: Taco Time
REQUEST: Taco Time has requested Design Review approval to constrict a new
restaurant with site improvements. As part of the proj ect the parking
lot will be reconfigured and new landscaping will be installed. The
existing Tavern located on the site will be demolished.
The applicant has also requested a Parking Variance for a 25 percent
reduction in the City's minimum parking requirements, from the PC.
