PRESENTATIONS II. BUSINESSAGENDA A. Supplemental Agreement: Cascade View Safe Routes to School Phase II Staff is seeking Council approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with KPG, Inc. in the amount of $180,387.80 for construction management services for the Cascade View Safe Routes to School Phase II Project. This project will construct a roundabout and sidewalks in areas of the Cascade View Elementary student walking route. This agreement will allow KPG to provide construction management services as a supplement to the design contract. Extra funding is needed from the 2017 Overlay and Small Drainage programs. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. FORWARD TO APRIL 24, 2017 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE. B. ConsultantAgreement: Riverton Creek Fla pgate Removal Staff is seeking Council approval of an agreement with OTAK, Inc. in the amount of $105,363.00 for design services for the Riverton Creek Flapgate Removal Project. This project will help restore salmon access to Riverton Creek because culverts and flapgates are a partial barrier to salmon migration. The City has budgeted funding for this project and two grant applications are pending approval for construction. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. FORWARD TO APRIL 17, 2017 REGULAR CONSENT AGENDA. III. SCATBd Staff distributed a copy of the final SCATBd Legislative Agenda. IV.
