SPONSOR'S Council is being asked to approve the construction management Supplement No. 2 for
SUMMARY $180,387.80 with KPG for the Cascade View Safe Routes to School Phase II Project. As
estimated costs were not sufficient to cover the updated costs, additional funding is
available from the 2017 Overlay & Repair and 2017 Small Drainage Programs. The City will
advertise construction bids in May with construction this summer.
