CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, and SEGALE
PROPERTIES LLC, a Washington limited liability company, successor in interest to Chris T.
Bennett, being the burdened and benefited parties to the following described three (3) No- Protest
Agreements:
1. STREET FRONTAL IMPROVEMENT NO- PROTEST AGREEMENT, recorded
under recording number 9511300431, records of King County, State of
Washington, attached hereto as Exhibit A;
2. SEWER SYSTEM NO- PROTEST AGREEMENT, recorded under recording
number 9604180927, records of King County, State of Washington, attached hereto
as Exhibit B; and
3. WATER SYSTEM NO- PROTEST AGREEMENT, recorded under recording
number, 9703130974, records of King County, State of Washington, attached
hereto as Exhibit C;
do hereby forever terminate said above - enumerated No- Protest Agreements as of the date hereof.
This Termination of No- Protest Agreements does not, and shall not be construed to release
any portion or whole of any other No- Protest Agreement benefiting the City of Tukwila.
