The North 8.5 acres of a portion of the West half of Section 25, together
with portions of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter and the
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 26, all in Township
23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North 88 °06'42" West 105.84 feet and South
01u47'28" West 283.32 feet from the quarter corner common to said Sections
25 and 26; said point being also the Southeast corner of Andover Industrial
