Dear Al,
In reviewing the above mentioned project plans,
please note the following items:
1. Walls are to be fire - stopped per UBC Section
2517(f).
2. Automatic fire - sprinklers are required in the
carport /storage areas. Drawings prepared by a
licensed sprinkler engineer shall be submitted to
the Tukwila Fire Department for approval prior to
construction.
3. Fire extinguishers shall be provided per NFPA #10,
as a minimum requirement. (One 2i' pound All- Purpose
dry chemical extinguisher shall be installed in each
living unit.)
4. Fire hydrants are required as detailed in
Ordinance #729. (Plans as submitted do not show
hydrant locations.)

above - mentioned project.
