Slip fining the pipe will reinforce the strength with little impact to roadways and minimal excavation. JUSTIFICATION: If the pipe collapses, the street will have to be excavated and the cost of the repairs will be significant. In the last five years we have had four major pipe failures on Andover Park West and Andover Park East. STATUS: In 2014 and 2015, over 10,,500 feet of asbestos sanitary sewer pipe were relined. In 2016 through 2018, 20,000 feet of asbestos sewer is scheduled to be relined, MAINT.
