Mayor Ekberg called the Special K8aetngofthe Tukwila City Council to order ed9:57p.m.

Mayor Ekberg announced the Council will now go into Executive Session to discuss Collective Bargaining
— Pursuant toRCVV42.3O14O(4)(a). |t will last no more than S0 minutes, and no decisions will bamade
during the Executive Session. No action will be required in the Open Meeting after the Executive Session
has concluded.
9:58 p.m. The Mayor and Councilnmemnbans exited the Council Chambers tmgoto the Hazelnut
Conference Room to conduct the Executive Session.
