Re: Chronic Nuisance Designation under TMC 8.27
Dear Mr. Prabjot Natt:
After review of the police activity of your property, The Grande Terrace Apartments, I have determined
that the property no longer meets the standard to be a Chronic Nuisance Property under TMC 8.27.
I would like to commend you on the hard work you have put in to reduce the amount of criminal activity
on your property. The Tukwila Police Department looks forward to continued partnership with
ownership, management, and residents of the Grande Terrace Apartments to keep your property safe.
The designation of "Chronic Nuisance Property" will also be removed from the title to the property. If
