Email: mary.hulvey @tukwilawa.gov Y leyVew January 20, 2017 Khiamkham and Soneanong Singthong 13216 32nd Ave S Tukwila, WA 98168 RE: Raw Sewage Discharge Dear Khiamkham and Soneanong: It has come to the District's attention that the private sewage pump for your property located at 13216 32nd Ave South has been broken for some time. As a result raw sewage is being discharged from your house onto a neighboring property and into the local storm sewer drainage system which ultimately discharges into the Duwamish Waterway. This must. be corrected immediately! 1 have enclosed a list of contractors who, in the past, have indicated they can perform repairs on private pump systems. The Sewer District has financing available at 6% interest, over 15 years, to assist you in paying for your costs associated with having the pump fixed, or replaced. This is a public health issue which has been brought to the attentional of, not only, the Valley View Sewer District, but, the King County Public Health Department, and The City of Tukwila Code Enforcement division. You can expect to be contacted by one, or both, of these agencies regarding the necessity to correct this problem immediately.
