Tukwila Station L.L.C. does hereby
grant and convey to the City of Tukwila, a Municipal Corporation, an easement over and
across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and for
the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing a water main system said land
being described on Exhibit A attached hereto, together with the
vacation of a portion of a former easement on land described on
Exhibit B attached hereto.
