The Grantors hereby grant a temporary easement for emergency access for City of Tukwila police officers, fire fighters, and other official personnel over their portions of the property described on the attached rider marked "Exhibit A. 2. Grantee shall have the right of access to the easement to enable Grantee to exercise its rights hereunder, provided that Grantee shall compensate Grantors for any damage to the property caused by the exercise of said right of access. 3. Grantors reserve the right to use the easement for any purpose not inconsistent with the rights granted to the Grantor. 4. By accepting the recording of this easement, Grantee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Grantors from any and all claims for injuries and damages suffered by any person which may be caused by the Grantee's exercise of the rights herein granted, provided that Grantee shall not be responsible to Grantor for any injuries and damages to any person caused by acts or omissions of Grantors. 5. This shall be an easement appurtenant, running with the land, for the benefit of the City of Tukwila. The rights and obligations of the parties shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon their respective successors and assigns. 6. Grantee agrees to relinquish this easement at such time as the subject property is developed and permanent access to the property, approved by Grantee, is provided.
