GRANTEE reserves the right to entirely close off the said driveway, without cost or liability payment of damages to the GRANTOR. in the event it is used for anything other than a motor vehicle oriented right turn-in and right- turn -out driveway to and from East Marginal Way; or if traffic safety or traffic operations is adversely affected. The GRANTOR shall retain the right to use said easement. so long as said use does not interfere with the installation and maintenance of the sidewalk and utilities and so long as the used does not interfere with use and purposes herein mentioned. GRANTEE agrees that upon completion of such work, the surface of such easement shall be restored and replaced to a condition substantially equal to that before the work was commenced, to the extent that it is practical to do so. This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upan the successors, heirs and assigns of the GRANTOR hereto. In witness whereof.
