Rants, Mayor Department of Community Development Steve Lancaster, Director MEMORANDUM TO THE FILE February 2, 1996 RE: Motor Cargo Tank Removal SEPA Application #: E96-0001 THIS SEPA APPLICATION HAS BEEN REVIEWED BY THE TUKWILA DEPARTMENTS OF PLANNING, PUBUC WORKS, AND FIRE. NO SIGNIFICANT COMMENTS WERE MADE OTHER THAN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: THIS PROPERTY IS IN A SENSITIVE AREA NEAR A SHOREUNE ZONE. THE APPLICANT HAS BEEN ALERTED THAT TREES ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE, NOR IS ANY ACTIVITY TO BE UNDERTAKEN ON THE SITE THAT COULD HAVE AN IMPACT ON THE LAND OR TO NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES. MARK MCCULLOUGH, PROJECT MANAGER, IS AWARE THAT HE MUST ALERT TUKWILA CITY PLANNING SHOULD PROBLEMS ARISE DURING THE TANK REMOVAL; ANY CHANGES WILL REQUIRE WORK TO BE STOPPED AND WILL NECESSITATE A SEPA RE- EVALUATION. THE SEPA APPUCATION IS NOW CLOSED. HOWEVER, BEFORE PROCEEDING ON THE TANK REMOVAL, THE APPLICANT IS AWARE THAT HE MUST RECEIVE A HAULING AND LAND ALTERING PERMIT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AS WELL AS APPROPRIATE PERMITS FROM, AND INSPECTIONS BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT BEFORE BEGINNING WORK.
