NO SIGNIFICANT COMMENTS WERE MADE OTHER THAN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: THIS PROPERTY IS IN A SENSITIVE AREA NEAR A SHOREUNE ZONE. THE APPLICANT HAS BEEN ALERTED THAT TREES ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE, NOR IS ANY ACTIVITY TO BE UNDERTAKEN ON THE SITE THAT COULD HAVE AN IMPACT ON THE LAND OR TO NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES. MARK MCCULLOUGH, PROJECT MANAGER, IS AWARE THAT HE MUST ALERT TUKWILA CITY PLANNING SHOULD PROBLEMS ARISE DURING THE TANK REMOVAL; ANY CHANGES WILL REQUIRE WORK TO BE STOPPED AND WILL NECESSITATE A SEPA RE- EVALUATION.
