Project impacts related to build -out of the Boeing Duwamish Corridor Redevelopment Proposal (May 1992) have already been analyzed and mitigated in the Boeing Duwamish Corridor Redevelopment Proposal DEIS (May 1992), FEIS (April 1993), and Mitigation Agreement (October 1993). The EIS and Mitigation Agreement address build -out of Boeing's proposal to redevelop approximately 30% of .its existing manufacturing facilities in the Duwamish Corridor. The redevelopment would consist of demolishing approximately 3.7 million square feet of existing floor area, and constructing approximately 4.4 million square feet of new floor area. Future construction will emphasize laboratory, office and developmental manufacturing uses. If individual project, off-site, impacts are within the "umbrella" of impacts already mitigated by the Mitigation Agreement,,then no further analysis or mitigation is required. On-site impacts will be addressed as part of the individual project SEPA review process.
