The proposal is to demolish Building 2-86, which is a 30,000 square foot wood and metal building, leaving the foundation in tact. The site is zoned Heavy Industrial (M-2). Agencies With Jurisdiction: None Comments to SEPA Checklist: Page 4, No. 1(g): The site will be covered with impervious surfaces. However, there will be no changes in the percent of impervious surface area, as the foundation will remain in place. Summary of Primary Impacts/Proposed Mitigation: No significant adverse impacts associated with this project have been identified. The temporary noise, dust and traffic generated during the demolition will not be detrimental to the vicinity given its heavy industrial character.
