NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on
September 25, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter
Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following:
PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN/ZONING AMENDMENTS
FILE NUMBER: PL16-0063
Project Name: Flower Power
APPLICANT: Ion Manea
REQUEST: Amend Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Maps designation on one 28,270
square foot lot from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Commercial Light Industrial (CLI)
LOCATION: 13407 48 Avenue S., Tukwila, WA 98168 (Tax#2613200028)
(Quasi -Judicial)
Information on the above project may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division at
206-431-3670. All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval,
disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may
submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the
meeting.
