NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will be holding a public hearing
on October 16, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter
Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following:
QUAIL PARK MULTIFAMILY SENIOR HOUSING/ASSISTED LIVING PROJECT
FILE NUMBER: PL16-0020, L16-0022 Design Review, L16-0023 Planned Residential
Development
APPLICANT: Justin Hunt, Ankrom Moisan Architects
REQUEST: Approve Design Review and Planned Residential Development (PRD)
applications for a new multifamily senior housing facility consisting of 121
assisted living units and 24 memory care units.
LOCATION: 13112 Military Road South, Tukwila, WA 98168, APN# 1623049179
(Quasi -Judicial)
Information on the above project may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division at
206-431-3670. All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval,
disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may
submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the
meeting.
