AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SPEED LIMIT ZONE AND PLACING
NG PASSING BARRIER STRIPES ON SSH NO. 2 -M, IN THE TOW N OF
TUKWILA.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TUKWILA,
SECTION 1. That the thirty -five (35) mile Speed Limit Zone
shall be established on SSH No. 2 -M from the south entrance to
Foster Golf Course northerly for a distance of approximately 0.4
miles to a point adjacent to hick's Auto Wrecking.
SECTION 2. That No Passing barrier stripes shall be maintained
in the north and south lanes on SSH No. 2 -M from the south entrance
to the Foster Uolf Course northerly for a distance of approximately
0.4 miles to a point adjacent to Nick's Auto Wrecking.
SECTION 3. That the fifty (50) mile Speed Limit Zone shall be
enforced on SSH No. 2 -M, starting at a point adjacent to Nick's
Auto Wrecking and continuing northerly for a distance of 0.7 miles
to So. 126th Street.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
PASSED the Town Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 5th
day of October, 1959.
