FOUR -PARTY ENCROACHKENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT dated as of the 3�Sf' day of October, 1968,
by and between SOUTHCENTER SHOPPING CENTER CORPORATION, a Washington
corporation, herein called "Centerco BONCOM CORPORATION, a
;:ashington corporation, herein called "Boncom ALLIED STORES
C CORPO.ATION, a Delaware corporation, herein called "Allied and

A. Connecticut owns the real property described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto (hereinafter referred to as the "Shopping

(5) Centerco, as lessee from Allied of that area shown on
the survey attached as Exhibit "C" as the expansion area.under
lease dated March 31, 1966 and recorded as Auditor's File No.
6009574 on April 4, 1966 in the records of the Auditor of King
County, and Allied, as lessee of the same property from Boncom
under a lease dated March'31, 1966 and recorded under Auditor's
File Nd: 6009573 oii: April',4 1966`, records of said county, hereby
grant to Boncom and Allied and to their successors and assigns
an easement for overhanging eaves not to exceed one foot lying
at the north end of The Bon Marche department store building as
shown in red on the survey attached as Exhibit "C
(6) The Description of Land set forth in Schedule A of chat
certain mortgage dated March 15, 1967, wherein Boncom is mortgagor i
and Connecticut is mortgagee, recorded under Auditor's File No.
6138144 at Volume 5388, page 498 of Mortgages, records of the
Auditor of King County, and the Description of Land set forth in
Jule A of that certain lease dated March 15, 1967, wherein
zoncom is lessor and Allied is lessee, recorded under Auditor's
FiIL No. 6156143 at Volume 226 of Leases, page; 30, reeo :ds of
saic: auditor, are hereby amended to include as part of the

land described the easements mentioned in paragraph 2 hereof and
to render such land subject to the easements mentioned in paragraphs
1, 3 and 4 hereof.
(7) The Description of property set forth in paragraph 1 of
that certain lease daced.March 31, 1966, between Connecticut and
C Centerco the short form of which was recorded under Auditor's file
No. 6008264.at Volume 218 of Leases, page 229, records of said
auditor as subsequently amended by Lease Amendment dates; April 2
1 .967, between the same parties recorded elay 15, 1967 under Auditor's
File No. 6175803, is hereby amended to include as part of the
liasvd premises the easements set forth in paragraphs 1, 3 and 4
hereof.
