Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other consideration in hand, conveys
and warrants to City of Seattle (Department of Lighting) the follow-
ing described real estate, situated in the County of King, State
of Washington:
1. All of the sellers right, title and interest in an
easement for ingress and egress over the following
described tracts:
Beginning at the northwest comer of the Northwest

Range 4 E. W.M., and running thence easterly along the
northerly line thereof 20 feet- thence southerly
parallel to the westerly line of said Northwest of

the Southeast thence northerly along said westerly
line 20 feat to the point o2 begf.nning; ALSO

Range 4 E. W.14.,, lying easterly of-,the Mess Bros. County
Road; situate in the County .of king, State of Washington.
2.. Subiect to easments of record to the Paci.fic Telephone
and Telegraph Company, rantors convey and warrant to
the grantees the north -4 of the Southwest of the North-
east and the West of the South j of the 4 Southwest
of the Northeast
of Section 26, Township 23 North,,
Range 4 E. W.M.,, situate in the Uounty,mf King, State
of Washington, and
That portion of the Northwest 1 of the Southeast of
Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 E. W.M described
as follows:-

and running thence easterly parallel to the northerly
line of said Gubdivision 100 feet; thence southerly
parallel to the westerly line of said subdivision 100
feet; thence westerly parallel. to the northerly line of

100 feet to the point of beginning; situate in the
Qounty of King, State of Washington.
