The City of Tukwila of King County, Washington does hereby certify that the conditions cited in the Order
Prohibiting Occupancy, and Notice To Landlord dated April 7, 2017 are found, as of this date, to have been
corrected. This dwelling unit is deemed safe for occupancy by the owner.
The conditions cited in the Violation Notice and Order dated April 7, 2017 were met when the unit was vacated.
This does not certify the dwelling unit to be occupied as a rental unit at this time. In order to be considered a
certified rental unit, the requirements of Tukwila Municipal Code 5.06.040 Residential Rental Business License
Requirement and 5.06.050 Inspection Required must first be met.
