NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on
December 4, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter
Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following:
PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
FILE NUMBER: L17-0068
Project Name: Tukwila South Final Plat — Phase 1
APPLICANT: Mark Segale
REQUEST: Final subdivision approval to create new lot layout and phasing plan
for parcels within Tukwila South.
LOCATION: Tukwila South. The area is generally bounded by S. 180th Street to
the north; S. 204th Street to the south; the Green River to the east; and Orillia Road and
Interstate 5 to the west. (Quasi�Judicial)
Information on the above project may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division at
206-431-3670, or by contacting the project planner Max Baker at
Max.Baker@TukwilaWA.gov. All interested persons are invited to be present to voice
approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person,
you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of
the meeting.
