Project Description: SEPA Determination to construct approx. 1,500,000 sf
of warehouse/distribution center space, 70,000 sf of office space, a 5 -story
parking structure, and related site improvements on 62.71 acres in Tukwila
and Seattle. Tukwila is designated nominal lead agency and has a Lead
Agency Agreement with the City of Seattle.
A Shoreline Substantial Development Permit from Tukwila is required for the
1.3 acres of the site within the Urban Conservancy Shoreline Overlay;
development proposed for this area includes surface parking and
landscaping.
Your written comments on the project are requested and can be delivered to
DCD, 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Ste 100, Tukwila WA 98188. Comments must
be received by 5:OOp.m. on December 20th, 2017. You may request a copy of any decision, comment on the project, and learn your
