AGREEMENT SPECIFICATIONS
12 month advertising in the Tukwila Reporter. 2 pages each month - double truck positioning at $800 per page including full process
color. Additional $2.25 Green Edition fee per ad per month. Contract may not exceed $20,000. The city (advertiser) may terminate this
contract at any given time for any reason by giving at least thirty (30) days' notice in writing to the Publisher.

ALL NEW ACCOUNTS SUBJECT TO CREDIT REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
The Publisher reserves the right to revise any rates stipulated herein at any time upon 30 days notice
in writing to the Advertiser, reserving to the Advertiser the right to cancel this contract on the date the
new rates become effective. If the Advertiser uses more space than the signed contract and into the
next contract category during that contract period, then a rebate will be made giving credit to amount of
space used. If less space is used, the Advertiser will be billed at the rate for space actually used during
contract period. All breaches of agreements re -billed at open rate.
This contract applies to advertising by a single store or service establishment or a group under single
ownership operating under a single name from one or more local addresses and selling merchandise or
services,
This agreement covers only the advertising relating to the regular business of the advertiser, and is not
assignable or transferable in whole or in part, unless the business is sold in which case the new owner
will assume the agreement.
Payment in advance is required for going -out -of -business, out-of-town, and new business advertisers
until credit is approved. A credit application is available from your salesperson.
Statements mailed at first of each month. Terms: Net 10. Service charge: 1.5% per month (18% per year)
is added to accounts with balances unpaid following the last issue of each month. Minimum $1 charge.

OMISSION AND ERROR
The Publisher shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors thatdo not lessen the value of an
advertisement. The Publisher's liability for other errors or omissions in connection with an advertisement
is limited to insertion in any subsequent issue or refund of any monies paid for the advertisement. Notice
of errors must be called to the attention of the newspaper's Advertising Manager within one day of
publication so appropriate corrective action can be taken.
Although every effort will be made to meet the wishes of the Advertiser, the publisher does not guarantee
that insertion of any particular advertisement on the specified date.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Advertiser and/or Advertising Agency agrees to defend and indemnify the Publisher against any
and all liability, loss, or expenses arising from claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trade practices,
infringement of trademarks, copyrights, trade names, patents or proprietary rights or violation of rights of
privacy resulting from the publication of the Advertiser's advertisement.
