Newton, Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 291 EXPIRED AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA REVISING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO 268 OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA NOW THEREFORE 'BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA, that Section 1 of Ordinance No. 263 be revised to read as follows: SECTION 1. That the salaries and compensations of the various officera.and employees the Town of Tukwila are hereby set and fixed as.follows, for the year 1959: olice,Judge 900.00 per year; T©*n Marsha#.. 5200.00 per year; Deputy Marshal 2.10 per hour; Court Clerk 180.00 per year; Attorney 1080.00 per year; Clerk Treasurer` 1608.00 year; Collector, Water Department 792.00 per year; Park Superintendent 1344.48 per year; Mater Superintendent 1852.80 per year; Street Superintendent 2488.32 per year; Town Engineer, to be appointed and to act in an advisory .capacity at #1.00 per year; Assistant- Park., Water and Street Superintendent 400.00 per month. Extra -labor on a sliding scale from $1.50 per hour to X2..35 per hour, not to exceed, in the Park Department and /or Town Hall, 842.70 per year; not to exceed, in the Water Department, 700.00 per year; not to exceed, in the Street Department, $1483.05 per year. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately_-upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
