City of Tukwila (Client). Event date: Tuesday, July 31st, 2018 Client Mailing Address: 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA 98188 Client's Event Contact: Brandon Miles Event Contact E-mail: Brandon.Miles' TukwilaWA.gov Event Contact Phone: 206-431-3684 Compensation & Fees: For MC services for the above event, including pre -event -consultation, the Client agrees to pay the Vendor a fee of $3,500.00. Client will also reimburse. talent for mileage to and from the event, at the current 2018 IRS rate. This amount will be applied to the balance invoice. On event night, Client will also cover a hotel room plus any event -related .parking fees. A non-refundable deposit payment of $1,750.00 has been received by The .Actors Group. The. Vendor will invoice for the balance plus expenses following your event. Balance payment is due 30 days from receipt of balance invoice. Talent to be reserved: Pat Cashman Termination: In the event that Client chooses to change the date of their event, this agreement v=ili be considered void. There is no guarantee that the talent named above will be available on a new elate. In the event the Client cancels the Vendor services for any reason, the Vendor will retain the non-refundable deposit as outlined in this agreement. In the event that due to illness or uncontrollable circumstances; the agreed talent cannot attend, the Vendor will return the deposit and, if Client is interested, use efforts to find a suitable professional replacement. Miles, Business Relations Manage DATE: February 14, 2018 RE: Southcenter 50th Contract #17-224 (Revision) liikwik Issue Changing the date for specific service in an executed agreement. Background In December of 2017 the City executed a contract with The Actors Group ("Vendor") to have Pat Cashman MC the Southcenter 50th reception, initially scheduled for February 28th. The City paid the initial deposit of $1,750 to the Vendor. Due to unforeseen circumstances the City need to change the event date from February 28th to July 31St. The Vendor and City have amended out agreement to reflect the date. The Vendor also agrees that the City has already made the initial deposit payment, no payment is due until after the event. Discussion None. Conclusion The revised agreement is an amendment to the previously executed agreement between the City and Vendor.
