All work to conform to 2009 International Mechanical code, 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code, City of Tukwila Building Codes, and 2009 Washington State Energy Code. 2, Take out and pay for all permits, and fees required. This also includes completion of required cover sheets and WSEC forms. 3. Use sufficient journeyman workmen and competent supervisors in the execution of this work to ensure proper and adequate installation throughout. 4. Cutting, Patching, and Demolition: a. Do all cutting, patching and demolition required to install materials and systems specified and show on the drawings. b. Cutting shall be done in a neat and workman like manner limiting scope to only that which is necessary to accomplish the new work. Remove all cut material from site. Patch to match existing. c. Do no cutting or drilling of structural members or slabs without permission of the Owner. d. Take precautions to protect building, contents and occupants and repair to like -new condition or replace if directed, all damage to building and their contents. 5. The Contractor shall visit site prior to submitting a 12161 and note all conditions affecting his work. No extras will be allowed for coordination or relocation of existing conditions not shown on the drawings. 6. Provide all racks, stands and supports for mechanical equipment and ductwork as required. Supports for piping shall isolate pipe from support. 7. The drawings are generally diagrammatic. Complete details of the building which affect the installation may not be shown. Contractor to provide complete HVAC system as shown on the drawings. Exact location of all work to be verified in the field. 8. Contractor shall 12e responsible for damages caused by their work and that of other trades, in the execution of their work and that of other trades, and shall make, or pay for , all necessary repairs to restore damage to like- new condition at no cost to the Owner. 9.
