The original dust collection system was installed last year under City Permit D12-002 (M11-175). This system collected and conveyed shredder paper from the plant overhead thru the ducting to a hopper/bailer system at the NE comer of the facility. The recently installed equipment included relocating the separator adjacent to the existing shredding line and installing a conveyor, hopper and bailer in-line with the relocated separator. The resulting realignment removes the shredded paper weight from the overhead ducting for all but a short run connecting shredding line to the relocated separator (approximately 401f) and greatly reduces supported weight from the roof framing. The ducting installation was found to be consistent with the D12-002 permit and plans. The equipment was found to be bolted to the floor per manufacturer guidelines using 1/2" to 3/4" diameter expansion anchors and also consistent with the D12-002 plans. Please see the accompanying Floor Plan for equipment and duct locations, as well as required exiting as requested. RECEIVED Sincerely, CITY OF TUKWILA POE Engineering, Inc. Alan F. Poe, P.E.
