These documents shall be maintained and made available until final inspection approval is granted. 3: All construction shall be done in conformance with the approved plans and the requirements of the International Building Code or International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, Washington State Energy Code. 4: Structrual Observations in accordance with I.B.C.
