Final inspection approval will be determined by the building inspector based on satisfactory completion of this requirement. 5: All plumbing and gas piping work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the City of Tukwila Building Department (206-431-3670). 6: All electrical work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the City of Tukwila Permit Center. 7: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila.
