Great BasinTM grease interceptors have been certified to the ASME standard greatly exceeding minimum performance requirements. Test Procedure O Lard is measured and heated to 160° F. Ratio is one Ib. of lard to 5 GPM. See table G1 for specific gravities of other liquids. O Sinks are filled with 160° F water.
