Neither Grantor nor its successors or assigns may plant trees, or construct or maintain any building or structure with the Easement, without prior written consent of the City of Tukwila, City Engineer. Such work plan shall be submitted to the City Engineer for written approval. Grantee and its agents and assigns, shall have the right of access to the Easement, over and across the Property to enable Grantee to exercise its right herein.
