The Grantor, Artemis Michael, a single person, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys and grants to the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation
of the State of Washington, its successors, franchisors and assigns, (Grantee), for an easement
over, under, upon and across the hereinafter described lands situated in King County, State of
Washington, for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, operating, and maintaining
subterranean soil nail, tie -back, or other wall supports:
For legal description see Exhibit A and A-1, attached hereto and made part hereof.
Additional Conditions:
Grantor reserves the right to use the Property for purposes that will not unreasonably interfere with
the Grantee's full enjoyment of the Easement rights hereby granted.
Neither Grantor nor its successors or assigns may plant trees, or construct or maintain any building
or structure with the Easement, without prior written consent of the City of Tukwila, City
Engineer. As used herein "building or structure" means anything constructed or erected on the
ground or any improvement build up or composed of parts joined together in some definite manner
and affixed to the ground, including fences, wall and signs.

Grantor shall submit for submit for written approval of work plan to the City Engineer for any
digging, drilling, excavation, construction or any other form of activity on the Property that may
alter the existing ground levels, impact the drainage system, disturb the compaction, or damage any
improvement within the Easement. Such work plan shall be submitted to the City Engineer for
written approval.
Grantee and its agents and assigns, shall have the right of access to the Easement, over and across
the Property to enable Grantee to exercise its right herein. Grantee may from time to time remove
vegetation, trees, or other obstruction within the Easement.
