We have the following comments. This application for a wall sign has been found to be incomplete. The removal of the existing 120 square foot cabinet and replacement with a 40 square foot cabinet will require a Tukwila Sign Permit. You may not proceed with the proposed work unless and until you have received such a sign permit. Please be advised that in order to continue processing your application, additional items must be submitted to the Department of Community Development. These items are listed below. a. $50.00 application fee, in cash, or a check payable to the City of Tukwila. b. Date, phone number and signature of owner or authorized agent on the application form, where indicated. Please execute and return the enclosed copy of the application to the undersigned. c. Details showing how the sign cabinet will be attached to the existing. pole. d. If the sign cabinet is to be welded to the existing pole, you will provide the card number of the Washington Association of Building Officials Certified Welder who is performing the welding. Upon receipt of the required items listed above, the City will continue processing your application.
