That is one more than is allowed per TMC 19.32.140. The sign for which the application was submitted is otherwise compliant. • • VWR Scientific S2000-55 S2000-56 VWR had one too many signs at the time of final inspection. The following is a record of the communications I had with VWR and the contracted sign company, Wholesale sign. 3/21/01 — called Dave Noel (applicant) number was out of service. 3/21/01 — 425-271-5465 talked with Steve of Wholesale signs. He told me VWR had already taken the sign down. When I corrected him he interrupted me sounding perturbed and said that VWR had promised to remove the sign. He said he would take care of it right away. 3/28/01 — Sign was still up - Talked with Chris (Steve's partner) who was also surprised that the sign had not yet been taken down. I asked whether I should call VWR; he really didn't want me to do that. 4/17/01 — Sign was still up — Have decided Wholesale sign is a dead end and from now on out will only deal with VWR. Had difficulty reaching VWR as the number on the application was wrong. After calling New Jersey or somewhere (1-800-932-5000) I finally found the correct number (206-575-1508). 4/19/01 — Talked with Dina at VWR she said the sign is coming down. Sure enough the sign has been removed.
